I think, a bit like the olympics have a qualifying standard that all competitors must meet before being allowed to be considered for selection, the same thing should apply to football teams in the YOBL. So in the case of Collegians, the adjudicator would say something like;
"until you come up with a better form of defence than standing in unison on the half way line lazily and vainly appealing for offside becuase you can't be bothered to actually try and track your opponents runs, or collectively defend your goal, you are not allowed to play any further games in the league"
Harsh but fair, me thinks.
